Are your products authentic?

Yes, they are. We ship some product directly from China. We do have overseas manufacturing, so some products are shipped from China where it goes through our quality control process. Our manufacturing facilities are strictly controlled under US labor regulations.

Quality Control Process

All products are guaranteed authentic and undergo rigorous quality controls across all attributes of a product (Box, color, material, stitching, tag, sizing, manufacturing quality) before they are shipped to our customers.

Why your products are cheaper than other websites?

The online kicks environment is competitive. There are many established vendors out there with years of experience and repeat customers backing their success. We are a new entry to this line and we want to stay here for a while. Because of our desire for success we are taking a chance by slashing profits to generate customer loyalty. We know once you buy one item from us, you are not going to be shopping anywhere else. Also, as we are an e-store, we can keep our prices to a minimum due to low overhead costs thusly passing on the savings to our growing dedicated customer base.

Just stop overpaying from resellers. They abuse their marge of profits.

How do I place the order?

1.Place your order:

Choose all items you need and select the quantity click the button "Add To Cart", then submit the order when all items have been chosen, finally click the white or black button “checkout”. Fill in your mailbox and contact information. Please, pay attention to write down your right received information and email address, so that we can contact you correctly!

2.Confirm your order:

After getting your order, we will send you an order confirmation, which include total price and our payment information. Please, pay attention to your email after you placed your order.

3.Make the payment:

Make the payment by website directly. Also, you can buy from us by PayPal and bank wire (contact custom service).

4 .Make the shipment:

We will send your stuff out within 48 hours once we receive your payment, and offer you the tracking number by email once your stuff has been shipped.

5.Track your stuff and receive them:

How do I cancel an order?

Please, contact our customer service via email within 24 hours of purchasing. But, be advised that sometimes the items are shipped  in less than 24 hours after the placement of the order, depending on the time you place the order. The closer to the parcel pick-up time (by shipping companies), the faster the items are shipped.

How do I look for goods that are not listed on your site?

If you are looking for goods we don't list on our site. Please click contact us with a picture, a serial number or the model number of the goods. The more details given, the easier and quicker to locate the goods in the factory is.

What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?

Please contact our customer service.

How do you ensure my products after I finish payment?

Within 3 working days after you finish payment, we will send detailed list which is including: order number, payment time, tracking number of the express, payment sum, product's name purchased, and amount, expiration date, probably deliver time.
