All our products are real shoes with authentic materials and accessories. Authenticity is guaranteed because we only sell items directly from the official suppliers of brands.
The pictures on our sites are real photos of samples in our office. Due to the conditions of light and background, they might look a little bit different from what they really do in the real life. The item you will receive will be identical with the item shown on the picture. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards. Quality and good service is our primary priority.

What about the Quality Control process ?
All products are guaranteed authentic and undergo rigorous quality controls across all attributes of a product (Box, color, material, stitching, tag, sizing, manufacturing quality) before they are shipped to our customers.
Also, you can get QC pictures or videos from us and check the quality before we ship the order.
Are you a sneaker agent or a manufacture?
Both. We are wholesaler and retail seller: we sell sneakers from original brand factories and suppliers (read here - https://www.ohmykickers.com/pages/our-prices). We also have our own factory: we make sneakers from original materials.
Do you have any stores or locations?
No, OH MY KICKERS! is strictly an Internet retailer and we do not have any retail outlets or locations.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal, bitcoins, bank transfert, etc.
How can I order?
Follow the steps to checkout. After that, contact us on Instagram to make your payment and the order normally will be shipped within 2-3 days.
How do you package orders?
It is double boxed and bubble wrapped to make sure the shoes box and the shoes are protected.
Do you provide QC pictures?
Yes, we offer "QC by OH MY KICKERS! team", which means our QC team will check the sneakers before we ship your order, which is the fastest way to ship your shoes.
And "QC by myself", which means you can get QC pictures or videos from us and check the quality before we ship the order.
Do you accept return?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges ONLY of unworn items within 7 days of receiving the item and the yellow tag of OH MY KICKERS! cannot be removed .
NOTE: Buyer is responsible for shipping cost and loss of package, and we will refund your money only after we receive the items back.
Is your stock information accurate?
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you about whether you would like to await restocking of the back-ordered item(s) or pay an additional uplift shipping charge to ship the in-stock products, or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the order.
Which shipping method do you use ?
We main cooperating with Fedex,UPS ,DHL.And we use the courier you selected for shipping. However, if the chosen courier has significant customs clearance issues, we may temporarily choose a more reliable courier to ensure your package reaches your country safely.
How much is the shipping cost?
Normal shipping fee is 20usd for each pair of shoes. But if your country is far from China, it is 25USD
If you buy a special size item, you may have to pay the price difference depending on the actual shipping cost. We will try our best to keep this cost as low as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you.
How long is the dispatch Time?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order unless specified on the product page. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
How long is shipping time?
Generally, orders shipped internationally are 7 - 22 days in transit. This depends greatly on the courier you have chosen. Delays may occur due to weather or holidays.
Can I change Of Delivery Address?
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
What happens if the delivery Time Exceeded?
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Will i receive tracking Notifications?
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. You can also directly open our website to check the order status and logistics status.
What happens if the parcels damaged In Transit?
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Do I have to pay the import Duties & Taxes?
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and OH MY KICKERS! encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to OH MY KICKERS! at the customer's expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping provided the goods arrive at us in the original condition and are not damaged in any way. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded in this case. If returned goods do not get to us for any reason, we cannot be held liable and reserve the right not to issue a refund for the goods.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. All cancellation requests need to be put in writing and emailed to our support team at ohmykickers@gmail.com If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy
What is your website's insurance about?
If you have insurance, OH MY KICKERS! is responsible for any customs duties, loss or detention of the goods in transit. However, if you do not have insurance, you will be responsible for all of the above.
What is the process for parcel lost in transit.
If the package is accidentally lost in transit, we will communicate with the courier company to settle the claim. If the package is accidentally lost after delivery, please contact the local courier company responsible for the package to get the complaint code, and then provide it to us We will then find the courier company claims. But this process is very long, sometimes can not get the claim. So please make sure you get the package in time or buy our insurance.
