Returns

We accept returns for exchange or refund. You have 7 days to ask return request once you receive your parcel at home. After this, we won't accept your return request.

What are the steps for returns (in normal condition) ?

This is the procedure:

1) You have to take pictures of all your items - sneakers have to be clean everywhere, all accesories must be there, original shoes box not broken.

2) Once we confirm that goods are in good condition, clean, not broken, we will provide you one of our adresses for return (we have many centers for returns depending where you living - America, Europa or Asia, etc).

3) You have to provide us a traking number from carrier of your own choice. Return fees are yours in that case.

4) Once we get back your order, then double check up that all sneakers and materials are in good conditions, then we will refund you. If sneakers are not in original condition, we will ship you back your order and we won't refund you or exchange your sneakers.

 

This is the procedure of returns. We cannot refund or exchange your sneakers for others if we don't get back our marchandises first.

What if something is already wrong when I receive my parcel ?

1- Incorrect Items

If you receive wrong items from us, please return back to us: we'll arrange for a replacement. In that case, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees instead of you.

2- Item is broken or items are broken

You have to show us proofs the same day carrier confirm us you received your order.

But the item is not worn, washed, used. All accesories have to be there in the shoes box.

We'll pay return fees, but you have to show us your receipt from carrier.

3- Missing Packaging or Accessories

If you do not have all the original packaging or accessories, that's okay. For this case, we will send you the rest of items & accessories.
