OH MY KICKERS! may, in our discretion, change these Terms (including the FAQs or any policy) at any time. But, if we do, we will place a notice on our website. We may also send you an email and/or notify you by some other means. Changes take effect on the date set out in the Terms. You should view these Terms often to stay informed of any changes that may affect you. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICES AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES. The version of these Terms posted on our Website on each respective date you visit the Website will be the Terms applicable to your access and use of the Services on that date. Our electronically or otherwise properly stored copies of these Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be deemed to be the true, complete, valid, and authentic copies of the version of the Terms and the Privacy Policy, that were in force on each respective date you visited the Website. We reserve the right to terminate these Terms or to refuse restrict and discontinue access. We also reserve the right to use the Services (or any portions, components, or features therefore) to you or any other person or entity, if you are in breach of the Terms or for any reason or for no reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice or liability.
Payment Methods
OH MY KICKERS! accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, G Pay, Shop Pay, etc. We also accept PayPal Express Checkout.
All the prices are listed in US Dollars. We also offer Euro, Canadian Dollar, British Pound, Swiss Franc and Japanese Yen Currencies for your convenience.
Update: we no longer accept payments directly from the website. You have to contact costumer service on Instagram to complete your purchass.
Pricing
OH MY KICKERS! is a platform, which means change in prices are subject to change to seller pricing. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time of checkout.
We currently do not have a Best Price Guarantee or Price Matching policy.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Note: items in your shopping basket are not reserved. To complete the purchase online, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
We reserve the right to cancel your orders by the followings:
- The product is not available or not in stock;
- Your billing informations are not correct or not verifiable;
- Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- Your payment is not received within 7 days after acceptance of your order;
- We cannot deliver to the address provided by you;
Order details cannot be amended after it was placed. However, customers may cancel order by contacting us before the order was shipped. Our customer service agents will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse.
Please note that the cancellation request is not 100% guaranteed.
If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation fee will applied. If cancellation is not possible, the product will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out below.
Order Quantity
The maximum order quantity is unlimited per order.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
A cancellation fee - 15% of the total payment (shipping included) will be charged for all cancellations.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels. Note: the item(s) is (are) to be in its original state and with the designer tags attached.
The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery/shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the refund request or exchange request is confirmed by the OH MY KICKERS! customer service.
Please contact our customer support before returning any product.

Sizes Exchange Request
Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is (are) unused and still has (have) the designer tags attached.
Request for size exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels. Also, the item(s) asked has (have) to be subject to availability.
The reason for the exchange and the desired size should be stated when contacting our customer service.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & re-ship) and the return address will be provided after the exchange request is confirmed by the OH MY KICKERS! customer service.
Please contact our customer service before returning any product.

Reasons For Unacceptable Returns/Exchange
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange:
- Products not meeting the criteria for “7-day Returns/Exchange ”;
- Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated;
- Products with loose threads or cracks due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear;
- Damaged products due to use for longer than service life;
- Damaged products due to improper wash;
- Products with color fading due to display;
- Products with unclean appearance;
- No OH MY KICKERS! products (product without OH MY KICKERS! Quality Control and designer tag attached on the products).
Customs Tariff
We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that your orders could incure custom charges.
If the fees are applicable, they are not included in the website transaction made and the person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.
Custom taxes, import duties, or other customs-related fees might be involved and the charges are determined by the customs office of the country of delivery. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel and these charges cannot be refunded.Duties and taxes are non-refundable. OH MY KICKERS! has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
The buyer is encouraged to contact the local customs office for current charges prior to the purchase.
We are working to improve this service as soon as possible!
Delivery
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed or dispatched.
Deliveries are made by third-party carriers contracted by us. Please note that specific carriers may require a signature upon delivery.
After the package has passed over to the logistic party, the order will be considered a completed transaction. OH MY KICKERS! will not be responsible for package loss and package damage due to the courier’s mishandling. OH MY KICKERS! will assist customers in filing a claim with the courier but the compensation will be subjected to the courier’s determination.
Note: We invite you to take the ROUTE insurance for your order package.
Please also note that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Risk And Fraud Control
OH MY KICKERS! may ask for customer information when their payment info is involved with abnormal activities which may be related to scams or misuse of personal information. Please understand that it is a process to protect both credit card owner and sellers from frauds and scams. All of the information will only be used for identification purposes. If customers refuse to provide the required information, we are always open to ordering cancellation.
OH MY KICKERS! also has the right to cancel any order without noticing the customer if we found the payment info is involved with abnormal activities.
Product information
While we have taken reasonable steps to depict products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the website, the detailing (such as color, pattern, and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a product when you receive it. Any information on the website regarding the sizing of products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt regarding to the size of any product you require, we suggest you to contact us prior to place an order (see contacting us).
Our Liability
By law, except for any liability that may not be limited or excluded in no event. Shall we be liable to you for any losses and any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any order. Shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product(s) and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable.
Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under any order that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Termination
OH MY KICKERS! reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of the website and any rights provided to you under these Terms at any time, without notice. Also, accordingly to deny you access through the website for any or no reason in its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this website, as well as all copies of such materials.
